  1. HOW DO I PLACE ORDER? WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

It is very simple.

Once you decide on your product, click “Add to Cart” to add products to your shopping cart.

Click “cart” at any time to view items currently in your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like.

When you finish shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Packaging & Delivery charges are FREE ACROSS THE Australia. Incorrect delivery would result in you not receiving your order.

  1. DO YOU HAVE STOCKS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU LIST ON THE WEBSITE? HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCT ORDERED BY ME IS IN STOCK OR NOT?

Our website is update to date with all products. If we don't have any product in stock, we mark it with Out of Stock. In the case of last moment, out of stock then we inform customer via email.

  

  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT?

Our default shipping is priority shipping through FedEx. Order will be shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on delivery location. All orders are passing through our review system, just to prevent online frauds. Review system sometime takes upto 48 hours. In that case, order can be shipped only after receiving final approval from Review Team which may take upto 2 business days to update tracking details for the particular order.

 

  1. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR MY PRODUCT? HOW DO I RETURN MY FAULTY PRODUCT? AND REFUND POLICY?

All products are Parallel Imported Products which comes with Seller Warranty.

        Warranties are different based on Brand.

                                  7 Years Warranty on Sigma, Tamron
        Mobile Phone/Tablet : 1 Year Warranty
        All Accessories : 6 Months Warranty

  1. I am concerned about the Charging Adapter for the product which I am going to purchase. Which type of Charger comes with the Phone? 

Most of our products are Global Version which comes with either EU or Asian Charger Adapter. OnePlus phone comes with Chinese Adapter and Google Pixel Phone comes with Japanese Adapter.

But please be rest assured, we are providing additional adapter with the box for your convenience.

      6. Where I can contact to file loss of shipment complaint?

 For most of shipments, we are using FedEx as a courier company. In the case of loss of shipments, customers need to contact FedEx or DHL on their customer support number.
